This is the third level of our healthy lifestyle series and is a low impact aerobics class for older adults who want to increase their fitness and cardio levels. With a focus on endurance, coordination and core stability, participants will leave feeling strong and energized. Participants must be able to be on their feet for 45 minutes. Drop-ins welcome when space is available.
